1. Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days. International orders may take up to 3–4 weeks depending on the destination and customs process.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping across India on all prepaid orders above Rs. 2500.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at the moment, we don't deliver internationally. To ship international, for a bigger order worth Rs. 20,000, we can arrange for international delivery.
Will I have to pay customs duties for international orders?
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in your country will need to be borne by the customer.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 2 days of delivery. Please note that approved returns are eligible for store credit only.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer monetary refunds. Eligible returns are processed as store credit valid for 60 days.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are allowed only for size, fit, damaged, or incorrect products, subject to availability.
How do I request a return or exchange?

What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
Sale items, custom-made products, promotional purchases, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking our size guide before placing your order for the best fit.
Will the product look exactly like the pictures?
We try our best to represent colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and handcrafted processes.
Are your garments handcrafted?
Many MISO pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted and may feature subtle irregularities that make each garment unique.
How should I care for my garments?
We recommend gentle washing or dry cleaning depending on the fabric and care instructions mentioned on the product page.
4. Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD availability may vary depending on your location and order value.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations may not be possible as we begin processing orders immediately.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue, and our team will assist you.
