Exchange and Returns

At MISO, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted with attention to detail. We truly hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 4 days of receiving your order. Please note that all approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

Store credit can be used on future purchases and will remain valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The item is returned in its original condition

Once we receive your request, our team may ask for additional details, including photographs or videos of the product, to assess eligibility for the return. MISO reserves the right to approve or decline return requests after review.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive a product with:

  • Incorrect size

  • Incorrect item

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Quality issue

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the issue. Requests raised after this timeframe may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Products purchased during promotional offers

Store Credit Policy

Approved returns will be processed as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided.

Store credit:

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be converted into cash

  • Must be used within 60 days of issue

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only in cases of:

  • Size issues

  • Fit issues

  • Damaged or defective products

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

All exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Once an item has been exchanged once, it will not be eligible for another exchange.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us for returns or exchanges unless the issue is due to an error from our end.

For approved exchanges:

  • ₹150 courier deduction for prepaid orders

  • ₹300 courier deduction for COD orders

These charges will be adjusted from the store credit amount issued.

Processing Time

Once the returned product passes our quality check, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.
