At MISO, we aim to deliver your order as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. International orders may take up to 3–4 weeks, depending on the destination country and customs process.

We recommend checking our size guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit and a seamless shopping experience.

We offer complimentary shipping across India on prepaid orders above Rs. 2500.

In rare cases where your delivery pin code is unserviceable or difficult to courier to, please contact us at support@labelmiso.com or call us at +91 8009296059. We will do our best to arrange delivery for your order.

We provide shipping to most major cities and towns across India. However, if your location falls under a remote area, our team may get in touch regarding delivery timelines or additional shipping assistance.

Once your order is confirmed and ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking details. You will also receive updates once your order is out for delivery.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during public holidays, sales periods, unforeseen weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

Our courier partners are third-party logistics providers responsible for safely delivering your order. While they will ensure delivery to your address, doorstep delivery inside homes, offices, or apartment floors may vary depending on the courier service available in your area.

International Shipping

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges levied by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. MISO is not liable for these charges or any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Delivery Policy

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner may attempt re-delivery based on their policies. In case the order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Once an order has been delivered successfully to the address provided at checkout, MISO will not be responsible for lost or misplaced packages.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations may not be possible as we begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely dispatch.
